This page describes how to report content that infringes upon your rights.
1. Nature of the Service
MovieDex is an indexing and referencing service. We do not host, store, or transmit any video files on our servers. The content accessible from our pages is streamed by video players belonging to third-party platforms, independent of us, through integration links and iframes.
Consequently, a removal performed on MovieDex removes the reference and the integration link, but does not delete the file itself, which remains on the third-party server. To obtain the deletion of the file, the request must also be addressed to that hosting provider.
2. How to submit a report
Any request must be sent in writing to [email protected] and include:
- the precise identification of the copyrighted work;
- the exact URL address of the page on this site where the reference appears;
- your full contact details and your capacity to act (rights holder or authorized representative);
- a good faith declaration that the reported use is not authorized;
- a declaration that the information provided is accurate.
Incomplete requests cannot be processed: without the exact URL, it is impossible to identify the reference to be removed.
3. Processing time
Reports are reviewed in the order they arrive. When the request is complete and founded, the reference is removed without undue delay.
