The Dog Stars

In the aftermath of a pandemic that has devastated the human population, a man retreats to a Colorado airplane hangar, surviving in solitude with his dog and a dour gunman he has taken in. This isolated existence fractures when a mysterious transmission crackles over the radio during a flight in his old Cessna. The sound compels him to leave the safety of the hangar, initiating a hunt to trace the origin of the signal.

Jacob Elordi leads the cast as Hig, navigating this desolate landscape alongside Josh Brolin as Bangley. The narrative moves away from static survival, driven by the urgent need to identify the source of the broadcast in a world stripped of its former density.
