Synopsis
The war has ended, yet the road home remains hostile. King Odysseus finds his return cut off by a sea that refuses to yield, a voyage where every step forward demands a concession to forces far older than human ambition. He is not merely sailing home; he is being tested against the whims of gods, the teeth of monsters, and the unyielding logic of his own survival.
Each trial strips away the ease of kingship, leaving only the raw cunning required to navigate a world where divine caprice holds more power than any army. It is a long, perilous stretch of time where his humanity is stretched to its breaking point, forcing him to choose between the quick death of honor and the slow, grinding persistence of survival. The distance between Troy and Ithaca becomes a measure of what a man can endure before he breaks, or before he breaks something else entirely.
